You might find yourself overthinking, feeling anxious in ways that are hard to explain, or holding things together on the outside while struggling internally.
Together, we can begin to make sense of what you're going through in a space that feels safe, supportive and genuinely understanding. My aim is to help you feel seen and heard, and to support you in moving towards the changes that matter most to you.
I often work with people experiencing anxiety, particularly persistent overthinking, feeling on edge, or becoming overwhelmed.
I also support people in understanding and processing the impact of past experiences or trauma, particularly where these continue to shape how they feel in themselves in relationships.
I pay close attention to the wider contexts that shape your experience, including aspects of identity, such as culture and gender, and how these may be influencing how you feel.
My work draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), allowing us to find an approach that fits you as an individual.
I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) at Surrey University and I am registered with the HCPC (PYL048016).
